Executive Coaching
Our executive coaching process best serves clients motivated to stretch and succeed, but may require a proven executive coach and thought partner to help along the way.
Our process is a structured, confidential, and focused on client-defined results.
We begin by establishing specific and achievable goals, such as enhancing leadership skills, refining communication, or strengthening strategic thinking.
As called for, we may involve feedback from colleagues or assessment tools to ensure we are working on the right topics at the right time. This can be a 360 process, a self-assessment, or other professional assessment (DiSC, Insights for Discovery, MBTI, Birkman Method). Together we align on the right areas for growth and the best path forward.
As you work on implementing the plan, we provide guidance, support, and accountability throughout the process.
Regular feedback sessions are held to review progress, reflect on what has been learned, and make necessary adjustments.
Team Coaching
Our team coaching enhances collective performance in combination with individual performance. It involves helping teams identify and nurture the unique culture best suited to set them up for shared on-going success.
We leverage tools, frameworks, activities, and best practices to help engage team members in the journey. Every team member has a contribution to make, accountability to the team, and a role to play.

The team coaching journey may accompany leadership coaching or may stand-alone depending on the circumstances.
Facilitation
Our highly trained and certified facilitators guide your group through their joint work while increasing engagement, energy, and focus. Our facilitators manage participation, ensures voices are heard, and help the group achieve their goals collaboratively.
We manage the meeting's flow, keep discussions on track, and create interactive exercises and discussions, leading to real results.
