About AB

AB is a dynamic executive coach who enjoys working closely with motivated clients. She builds trust, improves communication and collaboration, increases engagement, and reaches the right results. She is committed to helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes through a pragmatic and structured approach driving critical insights and discovery. She supports clients in taking ownership, making changes, and creating real and lasting impact. 

AB was certified at the Associate Certified Coach level with the International Coaching Federation in 2012, and is currently studying at Brown University School of Professional Studies and Executive Education in partnership with ACT Leadership to recertify and further earn a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification and her Professional Certified Coaching credential. AB has also been an active coach throughout her career, certifying as an internal coach at both Google and Danone.

AB is trained in a variety of leadership assessment tools including; MBTI Step II, StrengthsFinder, Birkman Instrument, DiSC, and Insights Discovery and leverages these to her client’s advantage. When applied appropriately these tools can enhance self-awareness, build leadership capacity, and grow understanding. 

In addition to her executive coaching AB has successfully partnered with hundreds of leadership teams across industries and functions, to help them understand challenges, implement powerful solutions, and elevate collective performance.

One of AB’s signature strengths is her ability to create relationships and supportive spaces where individuals and teams can jointly experiment with solutions. She has designed leadership development programs in both academic and corporate environments and brings a keen understanding of adult learning theory. 

AB completed a Bachelor of Arts in History at Colgate University and a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on adult learning theory at The Ohio State University.
